After studying at Mexico's Universidad Iberoamericana, she began her career as an actress and model. She was cast in her first telenovela, Ángeles sin paraíso, in 1992.

From 1998 until 1999, she played the principal antagonist, Elena Ruiz, in a telenovela titled El diario de Daniela.

Family Life

She and her husband, business executive Otto Seijas, welcomed their first child, Santiago, in 2009. Their daughters, Angela Fernanda and Monika Constanza, were born in 2011 and 2013, respectively.
